Three athletes placed in the top eight, including a podium finish. An extraordinary result, for a team in its first year of competition.

Team Valdarno, with its main sponsor WEGA, took part in the 21st° Tour of Italy with style and tenacity challenging the best female cyclists from around the world. A special mention goes to “Italian 2010 Time Trial” and “2009 World Road Racing champion” Tatiana Guderzo, who with her efforts, contributed to the results of the Tour.

All the ladies in the team, worked hard to keep the team Valdarno colours flying high. WEGA congratulates them for the tenacity they showed, and for their team spirit, which often put the WEGA brand in the top positions.

Tatiana Guderzo, shown left, “Italian 2010 Time Trial” and “2009 World Road Racing champion”, proved to be the best “climber”, and top Italian competitor at the Tour of Italy 2010, while wearing her WEGA sponsored shirt.
